Real cola flavour in your bakes. CM Basics cola flavoured paste lets you flavour creams, fillings and ice cream precisely and easily. The paste is concentrated, so a few grams deliver a full, rounded taste without thinning your mixture with syrup.

Usage
Recommended dosage: 50 g flavoured paste per 1000 g of product (5%). Start with less and adjust to taste. Stir the paste well before use.
Ingredients
Invert sugar, caramel, alcohol, acidifier: citric acid; natural flavouring, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.
