Cookie Cutter and Chocolate Mould Set – 6 Cavities

Product description

Biscuit and chocolate topper in one set, designed to go together. The cutter plate cuts six fluted, rectangular biscuit bases at once, and the thermoformed mould casts the matching chocolate plaques with an embossed design.

The chocolate (5 × 3.5 cm) is slightly smaller than the biscuit (6 × 4 cm), so the fluted edge stays visible all around – that framed look is what makes the finished piece look shop-made. There’s no measuring, and no icing or piping either: the design is in the chocolate itself, so every piece comes out identical.

The cutter plate has side handles, so you can press through rolled dough evenly in one movement.

How to use it:

1. Roll out the dough, cut the bases with the cutter plate and bake them.
2. Melt and temper the chocolate (white 28–29 °C, milk 29–30 °C, dark 31–32 °C). Use fat-soluble food colours if you want to colour it.
3. Pour the chocolate into the mould and let it set completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
4. Press lightly to release the plaques and fix them to the cooled biscuits with a dot of melted chocolate.
