Your quick and easy Baileys moment! This RUF cream pudding combines the delicate taste of Baileys with the soft, gently savoury sweetness of salted caramel.
Serve it on its own in glasses, topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce, or use it as a cake filling, in layered desserts, no-bake creams and macaron fillings. Scatter over caramel pieces, biscuit crumbs or a pinch of sea salt for an extra flourish.
