Want to see your own photo, drawing, or other custom image printed on your cake or dessert? We can make that happen!

💰 About Pricing

The prices listed in our categories are guideline price ranges only. The final price depends on:

• the size of the image to be printed
• the image's ink coverage/saturation
• the amount of editing time required

📧 Placing Your Order

We accept orders exclusively by email: info@andycake.eu

Please include the following in your email:

1. Name, email address, phone number
2. Type of print: wafer paper / sugar sheet / chocolate or meringue transfer foil
3. Size: A5 / A4 / A3
4. Image(s):
   • Quality: minimum 1024×768 px
   • Format: jpeg, jpg, or png
   • ⚠️ Reference images found online are not suitable for printing — they can only serve as inspiration
   • ⚠️ Please avoid sending screenshots, links, or images sent via Messenger or other non-email apps
5. A clear description of what you'd like done with the image — e.g., circular crop, custom frame, resizing, text/lettering, montage, etc.

⏱️ Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Food coloring takes roughly 30–60 minutes to dry (depending on shade), so same-hour printing isn't possible

🚀 Rush Orders

For same-day or after-hours rush requests, a rush fee applies (with a turnaround of half a day), varying depending on the editing time required.

☀️ Summer Shipping Restriction

Above 22°C (72°F), pickup in person only — we're unable to ship by post.

💳 Payment

Whether picking up in person, ordering online, or requesting delivery: prepayment only, via bank transfer or OTP Simple Pay.
