How to Order
📧 Placing Your Order
We accept orders exclusively by email: info@andycake.eu
(Even for images available in our webshop, please send your printing request to this address.)Please include the following in your email:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Type of print: wafer paper / sugar sheet / chocolate transfer foil
- Size: A5 / A4 / A3
- For wafer paper, thickness: 0.30 mm or 0.60 mm
- Image(s):
- Quality: minimum 1024×768 px
- Format: jpeg, jpg, or png
- ⚠️ Reference images found online are not suitable for printing — they can only serve as inspiration
- ⚠️ Please avoid sending screenshots, links, or images sent via Messenger or other non-email apps
- A clear description of what you'd like done with the image — e.g., circular crop, custom frame, resizing, text/lettering, montage, etc.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- We accept printing orders Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Orders received after closing time are processed the next business day
- Food coloring takes roughly 30–60 minutes to dry (depending on shade), so same-hour printing isn't possible
🚀 Rush Orders
For same-day or after-hours rush requests: a 1,000–2,500 HUF rush fee applies (depending on editing time required), with a turnaround of half a day.
☀️ Summer Shipping Restriction
Above 22°C (72°F), pickup in person only — we're unable to ship printed sugar sheets or wafer paper by post, as they may be damaged in transit.
💳 Payment
- In-store pickup (for A3 size or photo-based prints): prepayment via bank transfer, OTP Simple Pay, or cash in advance
- Online orders / delivery: prepayment only, via bank transfer or OTP Simple Pay
⚠️ Important Note
Always remove the backing transfer foil on the back of sugar sheets before applying to a cake, dessert, etc. — this foil is not edible and should be kept away from children.

Chocolate & Meringue Transfer Foil Printing
⚠️ Important Usage Notes
- Made to order only, in A4 size
- Recommended for white chocolate only — on dark chocolate, the edible ink pattern may not be clearly visible
- Ideal working conditions: room temperature 20°C, humidity below 50% (if humidity is higher, raise the temperature to 23°C; using a hygrometer is recommended)
- How to use: apply tempered chocolate (31.5°C) onto the Choco Sheets®, let it set fully, then remove the sheet — the pattern will transfer onto the chocolate
- Work surface: wood or plastic recommended — avoid metal or marble surfaces
