Highly concentrated aroma paste to Aromatize creams, fillings or ice cream. You only need a small quantity aroma to achieve a full and rounded taste. The paste is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and suitable for baking.
Included in delivery: aroma paste, excluding fruits and decoration.
Dosage:
30 - 50g aroma paste 1000g food.
Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, pear paste (30%), invert sugar syrup, Williams-Christ pear brandy, starch, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavouring substances. May contain traces of egg contents, milk components an nuts.
